What we collect

  • When you use our "Want us to call you?" form: your name, phone number, and, if you give them, your email address, the service you are interested in, the best time to call and your message.
  • When you contact us on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email or phone, those services handle your message under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

  • Only to contact you about the service you asked for.
  • We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
  • When you become our client, we share your documents only with the embassy, visa centre or institution your application needs.

How long we keep it

Call-back requests are kept in our office email only as long as needed to help you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
